This weekend was host to Bug Jam 24 at Santa Pod and the perfect weekend it was too.
Although I’m sad to say I am unable to make the whole weekend (sad face), I did make it along for the sunday for the ’show and shine’ event. As promised the turn out was fantastic and the quality of the cars that turned up was incredible. Brining us some of the most iconic aircooled VW’s from past and present. With a selection of road cars from the ‘Type 2 Detectives’, and drag cars from ‘Outlaw Flat Four’ and ‘Mental Breakdown’ (I was unable to get a photo of their crazy pickup inspired machine) everyone was in for a massive treat! If neither of those float your boat then there were also shows from stunt driver Terry Grant and monster truck shows from Santa Pod’s own Podzilla.
Its safe to say, there was something for everyone at this years Bug Jam. I’m Just disappointed I can’t bring you double the photos from Saturdays show and the Crazy nights in the ‘Rave’ tents.
